IDEAS Asia Pasific
IDEAS Asia Pacific is an SDG Leadership Lab on Transforming Systems for Better Business Better World across business, government, and civil society, requiring leaders who are passionate about creating prosperity towards a sustainable world. This Fellowship is from United In Diversity (UID) and MIT Sloan Global Programs. Participation in this Fellowship is by nomination, and a limited number of slots are open for direct application.
BEKAL Pemimpin
BEKAL Pemimpin is a systemic leadership capacity-building program designed for young leaders working in natural resource management. The program aims to equip them to drive systemic change toward realizing more sustainable, equitable, and locally wise natural resource management in Indonesia. We believe that achieving justice and sustainability in natural resource management requires systemic transformation. Therefore, we are investing in stakeholders' awareness and leadership capacity to foster collective action toward a better future.
Co-CLASS
Co-CLASS (Collaborative, Creative Learning, and Action for Sustainable Solutions) is a learning program that enables actors across the system to come together and develop transformative relationships through authentic conversations and shared meaningful experiences. This allows collective awareness and profound paradigm shifts, leading to collaborative actions that seek the well-being of the whole rather than advancing the interests of the parts.
Youth Action Forum
Youth Action Forum (YAF) is a platform dedicated to enhancing leaders’ capacity to drive societal transformation. By providing opportunities to learn and experiment with social innovations, YAF empowers young leaders to put their ideas into action. YAF bridges generational conversations to align perspectives and synergize efforts, creating meaningful societal impact. It nurtures a network of young leaders from diverse backgrounds, fostering the exchange of ideas, experiences, and solutions to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through this, YAF promotes effective collaboration in addressing global challenges.
LEANS
Leadership Education and Action Foundation for Sustainability (LEANS) - Consciousness-Based Systemic Transformation to End Poverty is a transformative program dedicated to eradicating poverty in Indonesia through a systemic, sustainable, and collaborative approach. Designed for government leaders across all levels— from central and provincial agencies to district, city, and village administrations—LEANS equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and collaborative capacity to design interventions that are both effective and transformative.
Public Speaking Bootcamp (SPARK)
The Public Speaking Bootcamp program is a transformative initiative designed to empower individuals with the essential skills and confidence needed to communicate effectively in diverse settings. Aligned with the UID’s vision of fostering inclusive and sustainable development, the program emphasizes dialogue, collaboration, and leadership across cultures, sectors, and communities. Through immersive training, interactive workshops, practical exercises, and mentorship, participants learn to articulate their ideas clearly and persuasively, navigate the nuances of public speaking, and engage diverse audiences.
Happy Digital X
Considering the needs of Indonesia and the region that will be home to 200 million new middle-income earners, Tsinghua Southeast Asia Center at United In Diversity Bali Campus will educate city planners, system designers, product developers, and entrepreneurs, and digital experts to become transformative leaders through the professional education program Happy Digital X: Cities, Systems, Products and Services. Participants will help build the next generation of ICT augmented, sustainable, and happy cities.
IDEAS Indonesia
IDEAS (Innovative, Dynamic, Education and Action for Sustainability) Indonesia Program opens such opportunities. It engages leaders across sectors to jointly step forward and take on Indonesia’s complex conservation, education, and business/social enterprise by going through a profound learning process. Together, they identify the root causes and collectively develop a closer relationship to work together and evolve commitments to co-created solutions.
LEADS
LEADS (Leadership Education and Action Development Program for Sustainability) offers a unique lifelong learning program designed to awaken the leader within you. Our program goes beyond traditional leadership models. We cultivate deep leadership consciousness, empowering you to navigate complex situations, inspire others, and drive sustainable solutions.
HEAL
HEAL (Happy Energy Action Leadership), United In Diversity Foundation, and the Rocky Mountain Institute present the action-learning program "Happy Energy Action Leadership: Energy Transition, Livelihood, Systems, and Blended Finance." Aim of catalyzing transformative systems change for a happy, resilient, and equitable energy future by equipping energy transition actors - both local and global - with the capacity to address systemic barriers using holistic thinking, and future-oriented, cross-sectoral, and multidisciplinary ways of learning and problem-solving.
System Leadership Capacity Building (SLCB)
Systems Leadership Capacity Building (SLCB) for FOLUR: The Food Systems, Land Use, and Restoration (FOLUR) Project is a global initiative funded by the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and implemented in more than 27 countries, including Indonesia. The project aims to drive the transformation of sustainable food systems, strengthen land-use governance, and support ecosystem restoration efforts.
Learning Leadership Development Program
The main focus of this program is the development and strengthening of transformational leadership capacity, as well as the enhancement of collective leadership capacity to sustain and maintain company growth through strategic and innovative decision-making. This will be supported by the use of Theory U and Systems Thinking frameworks to promote sustainable business growth.
LENTERA Indonesia
LENTERA Indonesia is a pioneering leadership laboratory that equips leaders from business, government, and civil society with the awareness, skills, and networks to drive sustainable and equitable development in Indonesia. Rooted in awareness-based systems thinking and co-founded by United In Diversity (UID) Foundation and the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, University of Indonesia (FIA UI), this program is designed for leaders ready to redefine Indonesia’s future.
Matematika GASING
The GASING Method (which stands for Gampang, Asyik, & Menyenangkan—meaning Easy, Enjoyable, & Fun) is a step-by-step math learning methodology designed to help children master mathematics in an easy, enjoyable, and fun way. The importance of this sequential process in the GASING Method is reflected when children learn a topic: there is a critical point they must pass. Once they reach this crucial point, they will no longer have difficulty solving problems related to that topic.
