This Memorandum of Understanding as part of a comprehensive collaboration between Singapore and Indonesia in the improvement of the education and business sectors, as well as to support Indonesia's vision of transforming resource-based economic development into a technology-based economy, innovation and creativity as a source of new growth, employment creation and increasing power competitiveness.
