13 Dec 2005 ?15 Dec 2005

	We leave Medan to Nias at 10.30.

	Arrived in Binaka Airport at 11.30 and went straight to the boat factory to hand over the last three completed fishing boats to the fishermen from Laira. The fishing equipments were also given.

	After lunch, we went straight to Sirombu.

	Arrive in Sirombu at 17.00.

	Andy checks the condition of the village and the power installation.



	Frans met the villagers committee to discuss all matters related to the complex, like water, roads, electricity, hygiene, etc.

	Frans with task force members are preparing on official documents + agreement to be signed by house beneficiaries at the ceremony.

	Handing over 18 houses and sign the agreement.



	Andy has made his assessments on site. He will give some options or recommendation on what is the best electrical solar system to be applied in Sirombu village.
