In July, the graduation of the 6th cohort of IDEAS took place, marking the culmination of their learning journey which started back in September 2017 with the orientation workshop. As per each cohort, IDEAS 6 brought multi-stakeholders together to bridge relationships and build networks. No less than 31 participants took part in the program, coming from the tri-sector. By the numbers, 7 participants came from the business sector, 9 from the government and 14 participants came from the civil society sector. All of the participants had the opportunity to visit MIT for a session with Otto Scharmer and further dwell into the details of Theory U, ensuring a holistic learning process.
