1. What is SLOT?
SLOT is a Program designed for you to learn and understand the Concept of Learning Organization. In an increasingly complex and erratic era of business situations, the Learning Organization is crucial to transform conventional communication and making decisions within your organization so it can respond to challenges in the 21st Century
After completing the SLOT Program, participants will be able to practice making impactful decisions. As a Systems Thinkers, you will be able to identify the root causes of systemic situations. Consequently, you will be able to build generative communication within teams that improve performance.
There are two Modules in the SLOT Program i.e. Understanding Complexities and The Art of Generative Conversation. Each module consist of three workshop sessions
Participants are allowed to attend more than one module.

5. Who will deliver the modules?
Each module will be delivered by UID senior facilitators:
Dr. Ben Chan is a Senior Learning Facilitator at United in Diversity Foundation. He is the local faculty in the MIT-UID program IDEAS Indonesi. He lectured on Entrepreneurship and Business Creation at the Singapore Management University. Dr. Chan is also the Executive Director of Singapore’s Young Entrepreneurship Center, a human-capital center where young entrepreneurs come to learn the soft-skills of commercial and social entrepreneurship.
Frans Sugiarta is a Senior Learning Facilitator of United in Diversity Forum Indonesia and also a core team member of the Presencing Institute. Frans works with Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge, and Ben Chan in facilitating a bridging leadership program called IDEAS (Innovative Dynamic Education and Action for Sustainability). The participants are influential leaders from Government, Business and Civil Society in Asia. Frans uses Theory U as the foundation of his consultancy work in guiding transformation processes in companies and organizations.
Shobi Lawalata, Ph.D. is a Senior Learning Facilitator and Division Manager at United in Diversity. She earned her doctoral degree in Integrative Biology from University of California, Berkeley and since then has dedicated herself towards societal transformation through UID’s learning programs. Shobi is a graduate of the fourth cohort of IDEAS Indonesia program, and has worked with various governmental, civil society, and business institutions to facilitate their learning and leadership.
6. Will I receive a certificate of completion?
Yes, a Certificate of Completion will be presented at the final session of each module.
To earn the Certificate, participants must attend at least two workshop sessions in each Module
7. Can I participate in more than one module of SLOT program?
Yes, you can take both modules in the SLOT program.

The contribution is Rp. 2.000.000 for each module that consists of three workshop sessions, which include

10. Is there any scholarship for this SLOT Program?
Scholarships are not available
11. Can we pay the participation contribution in instalment?
The registration fee should be fully paid no later than 3 days before the Program commences.
12. If we can only come in one or two sessions of the SLOT module(s), should we pay full participation contribution?
