| Deutsche Bank Indonesia Funds Solar-Energy Project in Nias!
|
 |
We're pleased to announce that our solar-energy project in Nias has been financed by Deutsche Bank Indonesia.
Working with Sunlabob, a Laos-based solar-energy specialist, as our partner, we aim to install solar panels in all the 239 homes that we have built for tsunami victims and their families in Sirombu, Nias.
Since many of them have lost their jobs and are unemployed, or underemployed, following the tsunami and sequential earthquakes, the solar-energy project will provide them with free electricity and, thereby relieve them of a financial burden as they rebuild their lives.
We are grateful to Deutsche Bank Indonesia for its generosity.
